Blue Horizon and Chess are classic "Blues" labels. There are many vinyl compilations and, no doubt several web pages devoted to them. Links to follow shortly I hope. Refer also to the "Influential" pages. I actually bought quite a few at the time! I'll add a list later below the main tables. |

Most are loosely jazz linked too, or at least include a brass element. Guest appearances are common. Supergroup and jam sessions survive from this period. |
